1. DonMonkey is based in Warsaw, Poland.

2. Prices include VAT, but they do not include shipping costs.

3. To buy our products, please go to product page and click button "Yes, I want it!" in the lower left corner. You will be redirected to our ordering page. Than you will be able to fill out personal information form, or continue shopping. When you will be ready, please select "Confirm". Till selecting "Confirm" button, you can remove shirts in every moment. After that, your order will be send to us.

4. After putting your order, you will get an e-mail from us, with all the information necessary to make a payment.

5. At the moment we offer 2 ways of making a payment – using credit card, through paypal system, or a bank transfer (if you are buying from any other country than Poland, you will need to use our IBAN number).

6. Please remember to correctly fill "title" form, for the bank transfer, as we need it, to identify your order. Title for the bank transfer will be given to you, in our e-mail.

7. We are sending our products after successful received payment.

8. Shipping costs – there are 5 shipping zones.
a) Poland – 6 PLN
b) Europe - $4 / 3 € / 12PLN
c) North America, Africa - $5 / 4 € / 15PLN
d) South and Middle America, Asia - $6 / 5 € / 18PLN
e) Australia, Oceania - $8 / 6 € / 24 PLN

9. Shipping time depends on zone to which our product will be delivered.
In Poland it is between 3-7 days after receiving payment.
In Europe it’s between 5-10 days after receiving payment.
To the rest of the world it's 8-14 days after receiving payment.
Sometimes it can be even faster – we can't tell you the exact amount of time needed for a delivery, but brackets given above are what you should expect.
We are only counting working days.

10. DonMonkey.com does not work on weekends and holidays.
