Do you produce your own materials?

No, not yet. We think that there are many companies, that are great at what they do, and there's no reason for us to produce our own materials. All the designs from the Lick My Rainbow collection are made on high quality Hanes t-shirts. All details regarding materials are given on the shirts pages.

How overprints are made?

With high quality screen-printing.

How about shirt sizes?

Shirts in Lick My Rainbow collection are designed to fit the body. Yes, they are slim and rather small (besides New Order – Large), so please check all the measurements before you buy anything. It's very important, as we do not take responsibility for miss fitting, nor we exchange our products for other sizes.

Your product have some defect, what can I do with it?

You have to inform us about it as soon as possible. We will not take under consideration any complains that are made after one month after placing an order. If we accept your complain, we will send you a new shirt. If we are out of stock, you will get your money back or we will send you a different product of equal value. Defects that are result of improper use will not be taken under consideration.

So what are the rules of proper uses?

All rules of proper use are given to our customers with our products. But remember the rule of thumb – hand wash.

And what is that "Quality Card"?

It is specially designed Card, hand signed with serial number for that certain product. Only owners of this cards are the proper owners of our original products. Furthermore, only our customers will be able to see it, we won't show it on our website.

And what do all those letters and numbers in serial number mean?

Let's say you got Quality Card with a serial number, which looks like this: LMRDD 027

First letters, LMR are an acronym of collection name – in that case – Lick My Rainbow.
Next we have DD, which is an acronym of product name – in that case – Dare Devil.
And finally yet importantly, we have 3 digits that tell if your shirt is the first or in this case 27th in the collection.
